    Had a fantastic time, especially when they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine in our room. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.     The location is fantastic! Being in Eixample gives great access to amazing restaurants and bars. Another highlight was the staff. Each member I interacted with was genuinely warm and offered thoughtful recommendations.

    The pool area, while nice, could use more lounge chairs to accommodate guests.

    Honestly, I was taken aback by how underwhelming the rooftop pool turned out to be. With only five lounge beds and a pool that felt more like a large plunge bath than a proper swimming area, it was a letdown given how tempting it looked in the promotional shots. The restaurant's 'all-day menu' left much to be desired. It was uninspiring and forced us to brave the rain to find something more appealing for dinner. Even though we had free drink vouchers, the bar had zero ambiance, leading us to seek out a livelier atmosphere elsewhere. With prices at the higher end, I expected more than what was delivered.

    The staff was amazing,, really went outta their way to. We had cold drinks and a seamless check in. It was those little touches like a call from reception asking if everything was alright.
